Choconutlate cake

Q. Ummm why do I have so many cake recipes ?
A. We are buying the best organic flour from Terrace Farms, Rakaia.
The cakes are made with good oils and ingredients - so they're actually nutritious.
They are fill our school lunches and makes us feel happy!

Ingredients
250g Coconut oil( room temp)
300g Coconut sugar
3 organic free range happy eggs
220g Terrace Farm organic low gluten stone ground flour
1tsp baking powder
100g organic fair trade cocoa powder
Juice of 1 orange (zest the skin to if you want)
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
100 g good dark chocolate( broken into small bits)

Method:
Preheat oven to 180C
Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl and mix well with wooden spoon then spoon into lined tin and bake for 35-40 min.
