Toasted muesli

1 x 800 g bag Organic Rolled Oats
2 cups wholegrain oats
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
2 heaped Tlbsp Honey
2 cups of whole raw almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 Tlbsp sesame seeds
1 Tlbsp linseeds
2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped dates

Preheat oven to 180
In a small saucepan melt oil and honey together place oats in large roasting dish pour oil and honey mix over oats and mix well and roast in oven for 30 min remove from oven every now and again and stir mixture so it dosen't catch . Roughly chop almonds and add to oats roast until oats are a light golden colour. Add remaining seeds and dried fruit roast for 5 min then turn oven off and leave muesli in cooling oven this makes the dry fruit all chewy . YUM! When cold store in large air tight container.
