Getting help with sleep issues
Getting to sleep - or waking up and not being able to get back to sleep - is a common ailment in this busy world.
During our sleep we recalibrate hormones, repair tissue - including skin, bones - and our brain is cleansed via the lymphatic pathways. These are just a few of the benefits of good quality sleep.
For these reasons, good quality sleep must become a priority. This can be achieved, even among those who have suffered insomnia for a very long period of time.
In some cases, my approach is mineral therapy and herbal medicine. Other therapies may include lifestyle measures, emotional repolarisation techniques and/or behavioural techniques to redefine your sleeping patterns and develop new habits.
