Elder - Sambucus nigra

Elder is your friend when you're clogged up with mucous, especially in the upper airways and eyes.
Many of our patients give this to their daycare aged children who seem to be catching everything.
Elder is also good for fever management.

Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra

Licorice is used as a soothing, demulcent herb, which also improves the overall flavour.

This medicine is safe to take with other medication, except if you are taking immune suppressant medication.

This product is a blend of herbal tinctures which contains alcohol. It comes as a concentrate and is best diluted in water or juice.
