A Great Start to the Day – leaves you feeling satisfied till midday
Ingredients:
1 glass of milk of your choice (rice, almond, oat or cows)
1/2 banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons of ground linseed
(omega 3, fibre and helps with oestrogen metabolism)
1 scoop chocolate Isowhey Protein Powder
( usually suitable for those who are dairy sensitive)

Place all of the above in the blender and blend till it is smoothie consistency – then drink!

I always keep bananas and blueberries in the freezer, a box of rice milk in the cupboard and protein powder always keeps. In this way, I know if I've got nothing else in the house, I can always make a smoothie to get out the door!
