Q. I am conscious of my bad breath, but I’m having trouble finding a solution to the problem.

A. A few causes for bad breath include dental problems such as decay or an abcess. Visit your dentist for a thorough examination and remember to floss daily.

Constipation is also a factor to consider, make sure that your bowels move daily. On rising drink some lemon squeezed in water, which naturally stimulates the secretion of digestive enzymes and bile, which in turn stimulates the bowels. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, wholegrains and 8 glasses of water per day.
